FPU Emergency Response

FPU has emergency services available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Please leave the area and contact us immediately if you recognize the following signs of a potential gas leak or other safety hazard (or call 911 if needed):

• You smell a distinct ‘rotten egg’ odor
• A gas line has been broken or damaged
• You see blowing dirt or bubbling creeks or ponds
• You notice dead vegetation in an otherwise green area
• There are hissing sounds near a gas appliance or line

Please Note: Following a storm, our crews first respond to emergency calls, but will be happy to assist you with your appliances once public safety is secured.
