Changes Effective As Early As December 2013

New Account Number: As early as December 2013, you can expect to receive a new account number, which will be included on your FPU statement when applicable. Once you receive your new account number, please use it to reference your FPU propane account and be sure to include the letter ‘P’ when making payments online or by phone.

New Invoice Delivery: (Relevant to tank customers with single deliveries only)
Also starting as early as December 2013, you will no longer receive a standard monthly bill. Instead, your invoice will be provided at the time of the propane delivery and it will be placed on your front door. You will, however, continue to receive a monthly statement by mail if you receive multiple deliveries per month.
