Florida Public Utilities (FPU) has launched a new customer information platform to streamline operations and provide a more seamless customer experience. This easy-to-use experience provides helpful features to better help you manage your account online.

We look for ways to make our operations and our customers’ experience with us smoother and easier. Our new customer information platform will allow us to streamline our operations and provide you with a more seamless experience with new helpful features online.

You can visit portal.fpuc.com and log in using your same user ID and password. After logging in, you will be prompted to update your password for security purposes.

Starting October 13, you will see a new 12-digit account number on your FPU bill.

You can also find your new account number when you login to our new customer portal here.

You will need to update your institution’s bill payment portal with your new account number. Please contact your financial institution for specific instructions on how to complete this step. We are unable to contact your financial institution on your behalf.

As the first user registered on your account, you are the primary user and can invite others to access your Florida Public Utilities customer portal account with their own login. Perfect for businesses, households or anyone you trust. Set permissions, choose an expiration date or revoke access anytime.
