Authorized Walk-In Payment Centers

Florida Public Utilities partners with authorized third-party payment centers to offer customers the convenience of paying a Florida Public Utilities bill in person. Customer benefits include payment service without fees, extended hours (including evenings and weekends), receipt of payment, and more!

We no longer have walk-in centers for customers to pay their bill in person, but we have a network of authorized payment locations that may be convenient for you.

Know Before You Go

Before you go, make sure you have the following:

  • The address of the authorized walk-in payment location
  • Your Florida Public Utilities bill stub or your account number
  • Your payment in the form of cash

In-Person Payment Benefits

  • Assurance that your payment will be posted by the next business day
  • Maximum charge of $2.25 convenience fee to make a payment
  • Avoiding lost or delayed payments

Important Information

Some businesses may offer to send your payment to Florida Public Utilities on your behalf for a fee without being authorized by Florida Public Utilities. Use of these unauthorized payment options may result in a delay of up to seven business days for payment to post to your Florida Public Utilities account.
