Retail Locations

Florida Public Utilities now offers convenient cash payments at retail locations, including CVS, Walgreens and Dollar General.

To find a payment location near you, log in to the Customer Portal and search for qualifying retail payment locations in your ZIP code.

How to Pay at Retail Locations

11. Log in to the Florida Public Utilities Customer Portal OR click the “One-Time Guest Payment” option at the login screen and choose “Cash” as your payment method.
2Enter your zip code and select your preferred retail location from our preloaded list of options.
3A QR Code is sent to you via email or text.
4Bring your QR Code to your selected retail location.
5Cashier scans your QR Code and accepts your cash payment.
6 Cashier will provide a receipt containing the store location, date and time of payment, transaction reference number and the amount paid.
