February 25, 2013— In a show of support for National Public Radio (NPR), a handful of FPU employees recently represented their Company at the ‘Breakfast With Diane Rehm’ fundraiser. The event took place February 9th at the West Palm Beach Marriott. In addition to having breakfast with Diane Rehm of ‘The Diane Rehm Show’, attendees had the chance to learn from (and interact with) the nationally known talk show host and NPR advocate.

Florida Public Utilities was a platinum-level sponsor of the event. According to a recent press release, the Company hopes that “through its support, and the support of others in the community, national public radio can endure and flourish”.
